2. What this site is, and what it is not

Magical North (magicalnorth.tours) publishes information about, and recommendations for, tours and experiences in Northern Norway, Finnish Lapland and Swedish Lapland. We are not a travel agency, a tour operator or a provider of any of the services listed here.

All bookings are made on Viator (TripAdvisor LLC), which acts as merchant of record. The contract for a tour is concluded exclusively between you and Viator or the tour operator.

The owner of this site therefore accepts no liability for:

  • The cancellation, modification, delay or non-performance of any tour or activity, including tours affected by weather or by aurora activity.
  • The quality, safety or suitability of the services offered by tour operators.
  • Claims, refunds or compensation arising from a booking. These must be addressed to Viator or to the tour operator.
  • Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the linked services.
  • Errors or omissions in the prices, availability or descriptions of tours, which come from the Viator API and may not be updated in real time.

3. Affiliate relationship

This site takes part in the Viator (TripAdvisor) affiliate programme. Links to tours are affiliate links: when you book through them we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. The commission does not change the price you pay, which is always Viator’s price, and does not decide which tours we recommend.

4. Accuracy of information

Tour information (prices, availability, itineraries, inclusions) comes from the Viator API and can change without notice. We do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Please check the details on Viator before you book.

5. Intellectual property

The original editorial texts on this site belong to its owner. Tour images belong to Viator / TripAdvisor and their activity suppliers, and are shown under licence from the Viator affiliate programme.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of this website, the parties submit to the courts that have jurisdiction under consumer protection legislation.
